A: Yes.
The new product development process as below.
1.The complete timing kit or spare part sample, spare part OE number / Drawing and parts applicable vehicle

details will be requested first;
2. Then we will do product evaluation to check whether to develop this product, the min qty will be confirmed according

to market demand and evaluation results.
3. If it can be developed, MOQ is different as items. As timing kit set MOQ is 100-200 set, rail guide MOQ is

about 1000- 2000 pcs for referring.

A: The timing kit parts are limited to replacing such product during the warranty period;

If you need to replace part, please provide the product engine model (TK No.), timing kit or parts phots and the purchasing date of Order.
This warranty shall not apply to product subjected to racing, accidents, negligence, abuse, alteration, misuse, acid damage, improper installation or unsuited use ;
The warranty of this timing chain kit or parts shall not be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages,

expense or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product.

Crankshaft, Cylinder head, Cylinder block, Piston ring strictly implement the OE standards of Weichai, Yuchai and Shanghai Volkswagen. The piston strictly implements the MAHLE OE standard.

Develop as drawing or sample is accepted. We will supply an excellent option in 48 hours after receiving the customer’s drawing. If no drawing or sample, we could supply the suggested option in 48 hours according to product work condition, engine power, product basic size, material, and treatment.

For general items quotation, timing kit needs a part number, vehicle model and year to classify. Crankshaft, cylinder head, and cylinder block need the engine model or part number. Cylinder liner, piston and piston ring require a part number or basic size.

Regular products can be delivered within one week if stock available. If no stock, the product can be finished in 35-45 days.

For Cummins and Caterpillar vehicles, we could supply complete engine, fuel injector, fuel nozzle, camshaft, valve, cylinder head gasket, connecting rod, bearing, air compressor, turbocharger, oil pump, and water pump, etc.
